Residential Window Cleaning

Pine pollen coats Huntsville late March through April, then oak, then grasses into June. Wash during the wave and the film is back by the weekend. Exteriors get booked from mid-May for that reason, and they stay clean through summer. Interiors are on their own schedule: dust, cooking film, dog noseprints.

What gets cleaned

Both sides of every window. Inside and outside are separate jobs with separate dirt. Screens come off, get scrubbed with a mechanical screen washer, and go back. Sills and tracks get wiped. Mirrors come free with the service. Have a sunroom? The water-fed pole reaches the outside and a step ladder handles the inside, including glass most homeowners can't safely reach.

How the outside works

A water-fed pole scrubs with gentle nylon bristles and rinses with purified water. No soap, so nothing is left for the next dust to stick to, and no ladders against your siding. The pure water dries spot-free because the minerals that cause spots aren't in it. Your plants are fine; it's just very clean water.

Storm windows

If your house has storm windows, they get the same attention, and they're the reason most cleaners pass on older homes. Panels come off, both sides of every pane gets cleaned including the gap side, and everything goes back with replaced screws where needed. Read how storm work actually goes →

Interior car glass, complimentary with your first service: specialized tools, no paper-towel lint, visibility you can't get with windex. Screened-in porches and sunrooms. Shower doors, including descaling.

Pricing

Quotes come from a repeatable formula based on your window count, which is why we can price accurately over a same-day video call. Storm houses are the exception: those get quoted by eye, because there's no honest formula for them. In-person quotes are prompt, and most jobs finish in 3–5 hours.

Scheduling

Book ahead or same-week when the schedule allows. Most jobs finish in a day; larger or trickier houses get the time they need instead of a rushed exit. Return customers get scheduling priority.
