What is your service area?
Even if you're out past Athens or down in Decatur we're happy to come out and give you a quote. Our licensing & insurance covers window cleaning through all of northern Alabama including Madison county, Limestone county, and Morgan county.

How do I get a quote?
We're always happy to stop by in-person and give you a quote but we also offer same-day quotes via video link (Facetime or Zoom). Give us a call to set up a time that is convenient for you. Once we connect Taylor will walk you through our established routine to get you an accurate price and date of first availability. Most meetings take 15 minutes or less.
Is it going to hurt my plants?
No, we go to great lengths to protect your home. During the exterior portion of your service we use a tool called a water-fed pole. This tool uses extremely purified water to lift away dirt. It won't burn plants or discolor your siding. Heck, you can drink it. On the inside we use a mild detergent to dissolve dirt and grime. We take care to wipe sills and frames afterwards to prevent staining.
I need to reschedule!
You are welcome to reschedule your cleaning but please allow us 72 hours advance notice as a courtesy to accommodate your change. We have no problem working in light to moderate rain. Severe weather conditions are assessed on an ongoing basis and we will stay in contact with you.
I'm immunocompromised. Am I safe?

All of our staff are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Out of an abundance of caution we continue to follow best practices including sanitizing equipment between jobs, masking (upon request), and providing easy-to-access paid sick leave so employees can focus on feeling better and not missing work.
How long have you been in business?
Taylor has been performing window cleaning since 2012. Rocket City Window Cleaning has operated in Huntsville for five years. We estimate that we have cleaned 125,000-175,000 panes of glass since 2012, and storm windows are the specialty most of our competitors don't offer.
Other companies won't touch my storm windows. Will you?
Gladly. Storm windows are the work we're known for. Panels come off the house, both sides of every pane gets cleaned including the gap side, and everything goes back with replaced screws where needed. It takes longer than a standard wash, so we quote them by eye and schedule the time the house actually needs. How the job goes →
Do you have insurance?
We safeguard our clients and their belongings by carrying liability and bonding insurance on all employees. If a professional cleaner is injured on your property, we're covered. All our professional house cleaners are full-time employees, not contractors, and are insured for worker's compensation in accordance with the laws of Alabama.
